What your warranty covers:  
All product sold are covered by product manufactures original warranty. Two years warranty for selected Magicard and Evolis product lines. For detail warranty information for each manufacture, please, contact us at Tel: (818) 787-1901 or fax: (818) 988-9776. All ink pad, fingerprinting products are covered by 90 days warranty against manufacture defects
For how long after you purchase:  
  • The warranty period begins from the date of shipment
  • You must register on line for your warranty to become effective, within ten days of receipt of your product.
How do I qualify for a 30 day money back guarantee?  
  • Money back is only valid for selected photo ID system products, call for details
  • The printer supplied as part of your kit has a card count log. When you purchase a kit this card count is recorded. If your card count exceeds the original card count at time of shipping, by ten (10) card counts, you are not eligible for the money back guarantee.
  • If you return a kit within thirty (30) days of purchase and the card count is within the allowed ten (10) card prints you are entitled to a full refund minus out bound and inbound shipping charges and minus actual usage of consumable at $2.00 per card usage.
  • All returned kits must be in original shipping box and must be free of misuse or neglect.
  • This money back guarantee only cover the Dactek ID Kit and is not applicable to any accessories sold separately on this site.
How to make a warranty claim:  

Customer must obtain RMA # from company by one of these method: call tech support: 818-933-2377, fax request: (818) 988-9776. Properly pack your kit, include any and all parts cables, etc. which were originally provided with the product. We recommend using the original shipping carton and packing materials. Include in the returned package evidence of purchase date such as bill of sale. Also, print your name, address, contact number and a description of the defect. Send standard UPS or its equivalent to:

Pay any charges billed to you by the Product Exchange Center for services not covered by the warranty. You will be notified of any charges prior to starting repairs. Insure your shipment in case of damage or loss. A new or refurbished unit will be shipped to you prepaid freight.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
If you purchased your product outside the USA:  
This warranty does not apply. Contact your dealer for warranty information.
